The Leadership structure in the High School is designed to be completely inclusive and all matric students take on a leadership role.  The emphasis is on being a 'servant leader'.

The aims of the leadership structure are to foster commitment, responsibility and accountability and to further develop the character as well as recognise the talents of each pupil.
