The Primary School enters boys aged 4 in Year 000 and follows through to boys in Year 3. Bright, interactive classrooms and busy days characterise the Primary School. Class sizes vary with maximum numbers of 15 in Year 000, 20 in Year 00, 25 in the other classes.
Our Pre-Primary and Primary section of the school is characterised by energetic activity, laughter, and learning. Here our boys are lovingly guided, and nurtured and encouraged by a motivated well qualified staff to achieve their highest levels possible.
An effective in-house team comprising a remedial occupational and speech therapist provide further support for those requiring academic assistance ,while our experienced pastoral team is well equipped to sensitively deal with the boys’ spiritual and emotional needs.
We believe that participation in healthy physical activity and competition is essential in fostering a spirit of community and co-operation, and it is therefore compulsory for all boys to involve themselves in the varied sports programme offered.
The Primary School offers our boys a solid grounding and preparation for what is later required, while allowing the boys the time to grow in a caring and nurturing environment.
