At CBC Boksburg we believe in our mission to create young men of honor.
Our students enter our gates as young boys and leave the high school as young men, with the world at their feet and their sights set on success.
During your time in high school, you will experience the values and principles of honour that is fostered by our committed staff.
You will feel the ethos through our house system that will divide you into one of four houses, Founders, Edmund, Aquinas and Revill all with their own rich history and unique inspiration.
Further, you will gain new brothers in all our respective grades through our tutor system and will need to work together in a unified team to excel in our academic, sports and cultural events.
All our young men are encouraged to perform to become the best all-rounded students they can be.
Whether it is in the classroom, on the sports field, or on any platform, our students are motivated to grow through the ideas and vision of Edmund Rice.
Outreach and Advocacy form a major part of the High school, in that we encourage the acts of giving to the less fortunate but more importantly to advocate for the rights of those without a voice. Our Edmund Rice Society and Advocacy group allow the students the opportunity to embody these values.
Our family-orientated culture creates a bond with the students and staff, in many ways the high school becomes your son’s “home away from home”.
"Our family-orientated culture creates a bond with the students and staff, in many ways the high school becomes your son’s “home away from home."
Through the trials and tribulations of growing up as a teenager in modern life, your son will learn countless lessons about life and what type of man they would like to be.
